Recipe:
2 lbs carrot cake mix, 2 cups of water, 1/2 cup of vegetable oil.
Directions:
Whip the cake mix for 2 minutes, add water. Scrape down and add oil, whip 5 minutes. Bake at 300 F for approximately 45 minutes.
