- 14.4 OZ OF WATER
- 12.3 GRAMS INSTANT YEAST
Directions:
Pour donut mix, water, and yeast into mixing bowl. Blend 1 min on 1st speed to incorporate. Mix 12-15 mins on 3rd speed.
- Dough temp: 78-80 F
- Fermentation time: 45 mins
- Bench time: 15 mins
