2 lbs sponge cake mix, 1 cup of water, 7 eggs.
Whip 1 minute in 1st speed (low). Scrape down. Whip 6 minutes on 3rd speed. Batter temperature: 68 to 72 F. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes.
